United Rebel Sprint Series Kicks Off 2025 Season with Two-Night Kansas Swing
DODGE CITY, KS — The United Rebel Sprint Series (URSS) roars back to life as it launches the 2025 season with a two-night Kansas showdown this weekend. The tour’s opening acts take place at SaltCity Racing at the Kansas State Fairgrounds in Hutchinson on Friday, April 25, followed by a trip east to Salina Speedway on Saturday, April 26.
Friday night in Hutchinson marks the 12th URSS appearance at the storied half-mile dirt oval, where Ty Williams leads all drivers with three career victories. Adding even more horsepower to the program, the USRA Heartland Modified Tour joins the card for an all-out dirt battle to open the season.
Friday Schedule – SaltCity Racing (Hutchinson):
Pits open: 3:00 PM
Grandstands open: 5:00 PM
Hot laps: 6:30 PM
Racing: 7:00 PM
The action continues Saturday at Salina Speedway, a venue the URSS has only visited twice in its history, both in 2020. Zach Blurton swept both of those appearances.
