URSS-United Rebel Sprint Series
Kelby Fetters Joins Williams Racing 911 for 2025 United Rebel Sprint Series Season
Jetmore, KS – 2/10/2025 – Talented young racer Kelby Fetters is set to make his mark in the 2025 United Rebel Sprint Series (URSS), joining the Williams Racing 911 team. The two-time Outlaw Kart Champion has been racing since the age of five and is coming off an impressive season, securing seven wins in 23 races with 15 top-five finishes within the micro ranks.
“I’m thrilled to join Williams Racing in the #911K for the upcoming season,” said Fetters. “This is an exciting step in my career, and I’m ready to put in the work and chase success in the URSS.”
With Ty Williams operating a two car team, the organization will look to head Jade Lewallen as the crew chief for Kelby and the #911K in the 2025 season, keeping TJ Alires as the crew chief for Ty Williams.
In addition to Fetters’ exciting move, veteran racing figure Steve Hilker and partners are launching a new engine lease program, designed to help aspiring drivers break into sprint car racing. The program aims to lower the financial barrier for newcomers, providing competitive equipment to help develop future talent in the sport.
“This sport thrives on fresh talent, and I want to do my part in giving more drivers a chance to get on the track,” said Hilker. “With this engine lease program, we hope to make it easier for up-and-coming racers to gain experience and compete at a high level.”
With Fetters joining Williams Racing and Hilker’s initiative encouraging new talent, the 2025 URSS season is shaping up to be an exciting year for sprint car racing.
