URSS NEWS: Rick Salem to Serve as Grand Marshall for 7th Annual Belleville 305 Nationals presented by NextEra Energy
Belleville, Kansas 7/22/2024 (www.urssracing.com) - Earlier this season the Belleville High Banks Hall of Fame announced its 2024 class of inductees. One name that was no surprise to make the list was none other than URSS series founder, Rick Salem.
Now as Salem prepares for an eventful weekend, the festivities just ramped up a bit for the Oberlin, Kansas native. Rick Salem will now serve as the official Grand Marshall for the 7th Annual Belleville 305 Nationals presented by NextEra Energy.
The Belleville 305 Nationals is one of the most prestigious crown jewel events in modern 305 sprint car racing. Between the $7,000 to win payout, the high speeds and adrenaline rushes, the track always draws attention to drivers and fans alike.
The Induction Ceremony will be held at the Republic County High School on Saturday, August 3rd. The doors open at 10 AM, a Freewill Offering meal is served at 11 AM, and the Induction of Rick, and the rest of the Class of 2024 Inductees will begin at Noon.
